This notice explains what information Saltiér receives through this website and its booking system, why it is used and the choices available to you.
We may collect information that you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, business details, booking preferences and answers to consultation questions.
Basic technical and usage information may also be recorded when you visit the website, such as page views, device or browser information, IP address and the date and time of a visit.

Our booking experience is provided through Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com processes the details needed to schedule and manage the appointment on Saltiér’s behalf. Connected calendar, email or video-meeting providers may also receive the information required to deliver those services. Please review Cal.com’s Privacy Policy for more information.
Submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails. If Saltiér introduces an email list, marketing messages will be sent only where appropriate notice and a clear choice to subscribe have been provided. You will be able to unsubscribe.
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, schedule appointments, communicate with you or provide the requested service. It may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.
Some providers used by Saltiér may store or process information outside Trinidad and Tobago. Their own privacy policies, security practices and legal obligations apply to that processing.
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, record-keeping and legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online system or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
The website and embedded booking service may use cookies or similar technology required for security, preferences and basic operation. Saltiér does not currently place advertising cookies. This notice will be updated if additional analytics or advertising tools are introduced.
